  Disappointed with this dentistry. My husband is deaf and I made an appointment request online for my husband and explained he would need an ASL interpreter. The next morning they called me for an appointment for my husband and I asked if they had an interpreter for him and they said they do not and that we would have to provide one. My deaf husband has never had to provide his own interpreter at any kind of doctor appointment before. And under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the health care provider is the one to provide an interpreter. This is why in the appointment request I stated an asl interpreter would be needed for my husband. I am not certified in ASL and wasn’t sure I would be able to make it to his appointment but thankfully I did. So if anyone deaf or needing some kind of interpreter, I would go somewhere else and not this dentist office. The dentist was very nice but I can only rate 1 star for the interpreter situation.

  I have bad "white coat dentist syndrome" but will say I had a very good experience with Dr Z and his staff. I am a long time Locust resident and have used different dentists in the area with mixed feelings. I liked the personable care I received here and I'm very happy this location has a permanent dentist once again! It is nice to have a dentist who seems to be more concerned with his patients than his own ego.
